Questions, answered
People with curiosity, ambition and a genuine passion for hospitality. You may be studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field, or simply looking to build a career in one of the world's most people-focused industries. You don't need years of experience. At this stage, applicants must be eligible to work in the European Union, as we are currently unable to offer visas or sponsorship.
At The YOUNG House in Rijswijk (The Hague), the Netherlands, with rotations across the YOUNG hospitality ecosystem, including YOUNG Learning Hotel, YOUNG Coffee and many more.
Six months, combining daily operational experience, monthly Campus Sessions, community learning and a Capstone Project presented at Graduation.
Yes. Alongside accommodation, participants receive a monthly intern allowance for the duration of the programme, in line with Dutch hospitality internship standards. The exact amount and conditions are confirmed during the interview process.
Yes. Participants live at YOUNG Learning Hotel within The YOUNG House, residential community living is a core part of the methodology. Rooms are shared with a small group of fellow participants of the same gender, each with their own bed and personal storage. The exact room setup is shared with you before arrival.
You join the YOUNG Campus Alumni Network with priority consideration for opportunities across the YOUNG ecosystem. Many graduates continue within YOUNG; others take their skills into the wider industry.
